CONSULAR SERVICES
I/ VISA APPLICATION:
Tourist and business visa:
Following documents should be submitted to the Consulate General by the applicant:
1. Entry Permit issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait (the origin)
2. Original Passport (at least six-month in validity)
3. Visa fee (as regulated in Consular Services Fee)
Upon the instructions by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait, nationals of the following countries shall be granted the Entry Visa to the State of Kuwait upon their arrival to Kuwait International Airport (as per rules and regulations).

Visa for working:
Documents should be submitted to the Consulate General by the applicant:
1. Permit issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait (the origin)
2. Original Passport ( at least six-month in validity)
3. Certificate of Justice Record
4. Health Certificate
5. Diploma(s)
6. 01 photo (4x6cm)
7. Copy of airplane ticket booking (if any)
8. Visa fee and legalization fee for related papers (as regulated in Consular Services Fee)
Note:
- Visit visa and entry permit normally are valid for entry within 90 days from the date of issue and then for a stay of 30 days only after the entry.
- A visit to Kuwait should be sponsored by a Kuwaiti individual, a company, or a resident foreigner who is relative of the visitor while he or she is in Kuwait.
- For other purposes of visit, the duration of stay and its visa validity will be only approved by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait in the entry permit.
II/ LEGALIZATION:
Please refer to the Consular Services Fee below, which is being applied and paid in Vietnam Dong, for each type of work.
